Cancelling your project

If there’s a situation where something’s not right and you want to break up with us, we understand. We’ll try our best to end things with no confusion and a sense of closure. Here’s our updated policy that tells you about the applicable refunds on cancellation post the booking payment period.

1.  Phase - Booking,  Period - Within 48 hours of paying the booking fee,   Eligibility-  100% refund

2.  Phase - Design in progress    Period- At any point,    Eligibility- No refund/ No cancellation

3. Phase - Manufacturing (after 50% payment)    Period- At any point    Eligibility- No refund/ No cancellation

4. Phase - Installation and Execution   Period- At any point    Eligibility- No refund/ No cancellation (Customer is obligated to pay the balance of Sales Order value)
